Our most adventurous holidays. Exciting itineraries that explore multiple regions. Some days may include several hours travelling, and while walking will not generally be for more than 90 minutes at a time, some surfaces may be uneven (cobbled, stepped). There may also be a requirement to access different forms of transport such as small boats or offroad vehicles. Typically, an ‘explore’ rated holiday involves several hotels and some early starts and long days, with free time put aside for afternoon or evening relaxation as often as possible. It will not always be possible to entirely sit out our included excursions, due to the touring nature of these holidays.
